CANCELLATIONS

I value your time, & have booked out the proper amount of time on my schedule devoted just to you. I require a 48 hour notice to cancel, or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or no show, with less than 48 hours, there is a $50 fee. You can change your own appointment by clicking the green box

REDO/REFUNDS

I have a no refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your hair, I offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your service. If it is a major change to your cut or color, additional charges may apply.
